Fresh Development Program

As Madhani continues to expand, the workforce must reflect this growth. Madhani is constantly recruiting new employees. Madhanis’ process of recruitment starts with the training of budding students from different schools and universities in Indonesia. Working through the specifically designed training program, students and applicants are appropriately trained and educated  in their field of work. Upon completion, students will become knowledgeable and proficient in their specific line of work and adept at facing any challenge that may arise with their future in Madhani.

 

Madhani ensures a lot of time and resources is spent in the implementation of training and development programs that we carry out. We also believe that the loyalty and competencey of our employees will provide us with the industry edge, one thing we continue to strive for.

 

Fresh program includes:

Fresh Training Operators (FTO)
  Target position : Heavy equipment Operators.
a Fresh Mechanical Training (FTM)
  Target position : Heavy equipment Mechanics.
a Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP)
  Target position : Foreman, Supervisor, Superintendent for all Deptartments.
